Payment

To the Core uses convenient automated billing whether you are using benefits, credit card or a combination of both.

Both pieces of information will be kept within a safe and secure third-party client application called Jane App. This application is used by Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, and Massage clinics across North America.

No need for you to wait after your massage and your receipt will be emailed to you at the end of the day. Cash is also accepted. Tips are appreciated but not expected.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is for you and you alone. It is understandable that things may come up that will interfere with your appointment; however, please be courteous to others and understand that someone else may have wanted or are waiting for the appointment slot that has been reserved for you.

Appointments that are cancelled without 24-hour notice will be billed at a rate of 50%. If no communication has occurred with To the Core and you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be billed at a rate of 100%.

All appointments will receive automatic reminders.

The unfortunate situations above should be entirely avoidable.

If you are experiencing symptoms of covid the above 24 hour notice will not apply. Please note that reasonable notice is still expected. Once you disclose that covid symptoms are being experienced, it is expected that you are following appropriate measures and as such you will not be able to book again for a period of 14 days.
